warm plates hot food necessary soaps
The breakfast buffet provided warm plates. The hot food also had lids. I found this quite hygienic. The room included necessary soaps and shampoos.

street noise air conditioning
the staff were helpful and the breakfast menu had a good selection.
The noise from the street at night was very loud. i could barely hear the tv unless the volume was very high. the hotel really needs to install air conditioning, particularly in rooms facing the street. A fan only blows air and does not actually cool the room.

missing spoon sugar absence
The bar food tasted quite nice. However the room service breakfast had some issues. It lacked salt and sugar and also spoons. Coffee cups were not delivered with the coffee itself and glasses were absent when water was provided.

the breakfast wasn't great though! i saw food warmers with overcooked bacon, sausages, and pudding. the scrambled eggs were salty! fresh fruit was tinned peaches. it seemed shockingly bad!

lovely rooms, slight street noise
breakfast options central location helpful reception friendly staff
breakfast offered nice options. the location suited my travels. the reception desk helped by calling a restaurant to make reservations. the staff overall was friendly. i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. i loved that everything looked maintained well.
the street outside was a bit unpleasant at night. i wouldn't have felt entirely safe walking alone.

the hotel included free parking for smaller cars. the location provided easy access to local attractions and sites. it made exploring convenient.

decent, but some issues
broken television stained towel
the bedroom was nicely decorated and the bed felt very comfortable.
I was disappointed with a few aspects. firstly, the television wasn't working properly. I had to call a technician to replace a cable. then, i discovered there was no hot water in the evening before going out (i was really annoyed). also, one of the bath towels had a black stain on it.
